Summary: Room floor planks were broken in many places and can hurt on bare foot. Some music in the night was disturbing and that indicates room is not sound proof. Room did not have any windows that was strange and smell from the kitchen was another negative point . Staff was very good though .

Summary: I had just finished a 4 day trek to machu pichu and specifically booked this place for the jetted tub but the water was cold or luke warm. We couldn’t use the jetted tub at all because it was so cold. We weren’t given hand towels and we also had no filtered drinkable water. Staff didn’t speak great English but was able to help us get an airport shuttle in the morning.

Summary: There was no hot water for the tub or the shower, rather just lukewarm and borderline cold water. It was a big let down after expecting something relaxing. The room was clean, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast is included which was a plus as well.

Summary: After a night where my sleep was disturbed by barking dogs outside, they happily moved me to a room with a jacuzzi. Staff was friendly and attentive

Summary: Room was great. However whilst it said sound proof room there was a dog barking a lot in the night and I woke up at one point to the strong smell of weed/cannabis.

Summary: Everything was a bit run down, holes in the wall, paint on the floor, sink drain broken. It was nice to have a jacuzzi but it filled very slowly and couldnt figure out how to turn it on. Pool and hot tub was fun but also a bit run down; both were only about half full.
